Returns and exchanges

In Equishop you have up to 30 days return policy (from the date of the receipt).

All customers who want to exchange or return are requested to download, fill out the form below and attach it to the return shipment.

Your return or exchange request will be processed immadiately, after we get your return package.

In case of a return, you will be refunded in the same way in which you paid unless you agree to a different way of refund. You will be refunded for the product and shipping costs, but you have to cover the cost of the return package. Please note that we do not send a return slip and we do not cover the cost of the return package! If you return only one product from many, you will get only a refund for this product and the difference between the shipping costs of the entire order and the order without this product.

Please note that the return is subject to a period of 30 days from the date of receiving the order by the Customer. If the return is made after 14 days from the date of delivery to the Customer, but no later than 30 days from the date of the receipt, the return will be made only to a gift card. The gift card will be sent to the email address provided in the order.

Dear customer, as of January 25, 2021, the option to exchange the goods will no longer be available. If you want to exchange the goods, please use the return option. It will also significantly speed up the exchange process! If you missed the size, model or color, simply return the goods and place a new order without waiting for the exchange to be processed!

FOR ALL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION! PLEASE DO NOT SEND A RETURN PACKAGE WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.
