Privacy policy for the on-line shop www.equishop.com

The administrator of your personal data is on-line shop www.equishop.com controlled by Equirria limited company with the headquarters at Al. Korfantego 105, 40-161 Katowice, Poland. TIN: 9541960124, National Business Registry Number: 273420733. The company is registered in the District Court in Katowice at the Commercial Division KRS number 0000157387, share capital 250 000 zł (later referred to as the administrator). The company is the administrator of the personal data of the on-line shop users in the sense of Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (UE) 216/679 of April 29, 2016 concerning the protection of legal persons with regard to the processing of personal data and with regard to the free movement of such data and the repeal of directive 95/46/WE (further called GDPR). 2. Collecting and processing personal data
The service collects data from the users and their actions in the following way:
a. Through the voluntarily entered data in the forms, including:
- first and last name of the user,
- phone number,
- delivery address,
- billing address,
- e-mail address
b. Through cookies placed in the devices in order to:
- provide proper working of the site www.equishop.com. On the basis of cookies we automatically can adjust the preferred language and currency, as well as remember the last account you used, if you have not logged out. The Service uses two basic kinds of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are not stored in the data terminal equipment of the user since the last log out, exiting the website or turning off the operating system (web browser). Permanent cookies are stored in the data terminal equipment of the user for a time amount specified in the cookies parameters or until they are deleted by the user.

HOW TO BLOCK COOKIES?
In most web browers it is possible to block cookies for all or a particular website by entering options, and then security and privacy settings.
c. through collecting logs onto the www server through the service provider, on which the www.equishop.com website is located, ATM Inc.:
i. Data about some users' behavior are subject to logging in the server layer. The data is used solely in order to administer the service and in order to provide as efficient hosting services as possible.
ii. The viewed content is identified by URL adress. What is more, the following processes might be collected:
- request arrival time,
- answer sending time,
- name of the customer's station - identification realized by the HTTP protocol,
- information about issues with the realization of HTTP transaction,
- URL address of the website visted before by the user (referer link) - in the case when the Service was entered through a link,
- data about the user's browser,
- IP data.
iii. The aforementioned data is not attributed to a certain person browsing the websites.
iiii. The aforementioned data is used solely to administer the server.
d. through signing for the Equishop newsletter
While sending the Equishop newsletter we use the following user's data:
- e-mail address,
- first name,
- last name,
- the chosen language for www.equiship.com.
First and last name is given voluntarily by the user and they are not necessary to sign for the newsletter. Signing for the newsletter is completely voluntary and a proper consent may be given:
- while registering an account at www.equishop.com after clicking the field where you consent to receive Equishop's newsletter,
- by using form in the www.equishop.com footer,
- on a specially prepared application form, which you may fill while shopping in our stationery store Equishop, which you can find on Al. Korfantego 105, 40-161 Katowice, Poland.
Your consent to receive our messages may be withdrawn at any moment by clicking a resignation link, which we include in every newsletter we send, or by sending a proper disposition at db@equishop.com.
Equishop newsletter's database is stored on the service provider owned by Freshmail limited company Al. 29 Listopada 155 c, 31-406 Kraków, Poland and the data is used only to provide the services. The administrator sends the collected personal data to the aforementioned company on the basis of a data processing agreement signed by both parties.
e. through sinign in to the Equishop text message base
While sending a promo text message to our clients we use the following data:
- phone number,
- first name,
- last name,
- e-mail address,
- residential address.
First name, last name, e-mail address and residential address are voluntarily given by the user while signing in to the text message base. Signing in to the text message base is completely voluntary and the proper consent may be given:
- on a specially prepared application form, which you may fill while shopping in our stationery store Equishop, which you can find on Al. Korfantego 105, 40-161 Katowice, Poland. The consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending us a proper disposition at db@equishop.com.
3. Personal data sharing
Equirria limited company may share personal data in order to realize a sale contract to the following entities:
- UPS Polska limited company with headquarters at ul. Prądzyńskiego 1/3, 01-222 Warszawa, Poland in order to realize an agreement when the customer used option "UPS" as shipping. We share: first name, last name, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address. Data is processed within the scope necessary for the service provision at the given address.
- InPost Inc., ul. Wielicka 28, BUSINESS PARK Building B, 30-552 Kraków, Poland in order to realize an agreement when the customer used option "InPost parcel locker." We share: first name, last name, telephone number, e-mail address. Data is processed within the scope necessary for the service provision at the given address.
- Poczta Polska Inc., ul. Rodziny Hiszpańskich 8, 00-940 Warszawa, Poland in order to realize an agreement when the customer used option "Poczta Polska" for shipping. We share: first name, last name, telephone number, e-mail address. Data is processed within the scope necessary for the service provision at the given address.
- DialCom24 limited company, ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań, Poland in order to realize an agreement when the customer used option "Przelewy24" for payment. We share: first name, last name, billing address, telephone number, e-mail address. Data is processed within the scope necessary for the service provision at the given address.
- PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A with the headquarters at L-1150 in Luxembourg, in order to realize an agreement when the customer used option "PayPal" for payment or decided to pay with a credit card directly at www.equishop.com. We share: first name, last name, billing address, telephone number, e-mail address. Data is processed within the scope necessary for the service provision at the given address.
If you do not agree for us to share your personal data with the companies realizing the shipment, please use the collection in person option as shipment. If you do not agree to share your data with the companies realizing payments, please use traditional bank transfer as payment.
We inform that your personal data may also be shared with GLC Accounting limited company, ul. Uniwersytecka 13, 40-007 Katowice, Poland at the basis of personal data sharing agreement. GLC Accounting limited co. provide accounting services for Equirria limited company. The scope of personal data processed by GLC: first and last name, delivery and billing address, e-mail address, phone numbers, TIP, REGON, KRS number, bank account number.
4. Google Analytics
www.equishop.com uses Google Analytics for the analysis of statistics and users flow shared by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 with the headquarters in the U.S. This tool allows us to analyze the way in which a user uses the website on the basis of cookies stored in the data terminal equipment. We inform that some of the data sent to Google undergo anonymization of IP, which means that while the administrator analyzes the statistics from www.equishop.com it is impossible to connect the user's behavior data with his or her personal data. 5. Facebook tracking pixel
www.equishop.com uses a tracking pixel provided by Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2 with the headquarters in Ireland. This pixel is used to profile the user according to his or her interests, purchase behavior, or browsed products in the shop in order to present as best adjusted advertisement offer in Facebook.com service as possible. The user has the right to block cookies from facebook.com or change the ad settings at Facebook.com at: https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/. 6. Google Ads remarketing and conversion tracking
www.equishop.com uses conversion tracking and remarketing from Google Ads. The data collected while using those tools allow us to asses the efficiency of our promotional actions at Google Ads and to address the ads to people who would be potentially interested in buying a particular service or product. 7. Microsoft Clarity to improve user experience
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. 8. Grouping/profiling the customers according to the costs of orders
The data administrator cyclically analyzes the statistics concerning costs of particular customers at the online store www.equishop.com and accordingly may decide to assign the customer to the so-called "discount group," which has discounts saved on the accounts for products in Equishop at the level decided beforehand. The customer is informed about the possibility of being assigned to the discount group via special e-mail. The customer has to agree to be assigned to the offered discount group.
9. Personal data security on the website
The personal data administrator at www.equishop.com does everything in his or her power to provide protection of the processed and stored personal data, that includes:
a. Access to our website that is encoded with SSL certificate with a 256-bit key that provides security of shared personal data before third parties,

c. The data administrator's employees that are authorized to access and process the personal data are regularly trained in the field of personal data protection and they are legally obliged to secrecy,
d. Access to the computers on which it is possible to process the aforementioned data is protected before third party access with an account password, and the rooms in which the computers are, are under round-the-clock protection of a security firm.
10. Period of storing personal data
Equirria limited company as the administrator of personal data processed at www.equishop.com stores the data for a period legally allowed by the conducted business. Some information may be stored by the data administrator because of legal reasons, such as e.g. tax law.
11. Legal framework for personal data processing
Equirria limited company as the administrator processes data on the basis of:
- art. 6 act 1 lit. a GDPR – when the user agrees to receive commercial information,
- art. 6 act 1 lit. b GDPR – when the processing is necessary to carry out the agreement of which a party is a person, who the data concerns, or to take action on demand of the person, who the data concerns,
- art. 6 act 1 lit. c GDPR – when the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation that the administrator is bounded by,
- art. 6 act 1 lit. f GDPR – when the processing is necessary for the purposes stemming from legally justified of the business realized by the administrator or a third party.
12. Rights of the subject of personal data
You have the right to demand the administrator of www.equishop.com to delete your or your up to 16-year-old child's personal data, whose legal guardian you are if it is not in opposition to the law. You also have the right to oppose to process your personal providing that there is a justified interest that is not less important than the administrator's interest to process your data.
